Embark on a culinary journey through the flavours of Asian street food in this interactive session led by our catering team. You will prepare three dishes: golden Katsu chicken, perfectly textured sticky rice, and crunchy vegetable rolls.
Learn how to coat and cook chicken in the authentic Katsu style, achieve balance and texture in rice, and assemble rolls ideal for dipping and sharing. Expect fresh ingredients, bold flavours and techniques you can recreate at home or in a professional kitchen.
